go to harvard.edu and enroll into any course that is going to start in 2-3 months from now (do not pay the fee) and follow instructions to get harvard id and other steps and they will assign an email id for you and you can use it for most aspects. some discount sites like id.me will ask for more details of enrollment and student id and there it might not work, but for majority of uses it will serve your purpose.

note: harvard will deactivate your email id once the course enrollment date passes and you will lose access to that email. so use email id with care so that you are not dependent on that email login at later time. Ofcourse if you reenroll at later time into another subject and rinse and repeat the steps, you will get the email id reactivated and good to use.
