I am not sure if he's oc or bc but In andhra they might consider him under bc category, not velama.

They are trying to target to kaapu plus bc in andhra with JSP alliance ,but kaapus themselves don't vote to JSP and in godavari zillas kaapus have rivalry with b.c castes in many areas ,i don't see how it works out for bjp.

N Ramchender Rao is Brahmin ,not Velama . Madhav is Velama .
