2. Onus, will be to interpret the information that we see. 

FYI, almost all of those GO’s that are listed, and the one’s you listed are pretty much routine and part of standard general administration department duties, which cover everyday running expenses including security and trips. 

Literally all those GO’s, are GAD and I do not even see one GO that either surprised or shocked me. You need to understand how Govt operates and functions and how GO,GAD functions. Else, you will be another guy with information at finger tips but can’t interpret.

I never mentioned that these are regular or irregular G.O's that were issued by government. I simply pointed that these G.Os that  OP mentioned actually are genuine and issued by AP govt.  Since you asked about G.O's proof i pulled out some of them from govt website corroborating with  the text OP mentioned. I also pointed out what OP misunderstood about some issues such as G.O 329 which is cancellation order not actual amount spent.
