gutlogummadi Posted July 2 Report Posted July 2 Cut to the point, i joined this new job and fullto desi juntu compared to my prev stint working with reasonable leadership for decade, kind of driving me crazy. No strings but ethical of me thinking should i just quit or give sometime to settle in? H1 candidate peer at new job feeling insecure with my baggage and trying to throw me under bus. Tried to reason him in my 3 weeks, my goals r different and perspective. KT (borrowed joke from db) was disaster, no offense FOB h1 sucks! Least u could keep high morale , free of cost. 1 Quote
