Another employee's washroom video found on Bengaluru Infosys peeping tom's phone

Two separate videos of different women were found on Mali's mobile phone, both filmed in the restroom at Infosys’ Electronic City campus in Bengaluru.

In a troubling escalation of the Infosys sexual harassment case, police have uncovered evidence that the accused, Swapnil Nagesh Mali, allegedly recorded videos of another woman employee in the same washroom where the initial incident occurred.

According to police sources cited by CNN-News18, two separate videos of different women were found on Mali's mobile phone, both filmed in the restroom at Infosys’ Electronic City campus in Bengaluru. Investigators are now examining whether more victims were targeted by the 28-year-old, who had joined the company just three months ago as a Technical Analyst.

Mali, a Senior Associate Consultant in Infosys’ Helix unit, was arrested on June 30 after a female Technical Test Lead caught him attempting to record her in the washroom of Building 38’s IQE wing. The victim noticed a suspicious reflection and discovered Mali hiding his phone. Her screams prompted an apology, but her husband later insisted on filing a formal police complaint to prevent further exploitation.

DCP Sara Fathima of the Southeast Division confirmed Mali’s arrest and said his phone had been sent to the Forensic Science Laboratory (FSL) to recover deleted data. Meanwhile, officers are probing Mali’s four-year stint at a North Bengaluru firm to check for prior complaints, CNN-News18 reported.

Originally from Sangli, Maharashtra, Mali holds a BE degree and was granted station bail by a magistrate. Infosys stated it had "taken necessary action" against him and is cooperating with authorities.

There is a pattern here..

Kannadigas try hard to protect bengaluru’s image and natives from any such issues by saying that this is done by Hindi ppl or other South Indians.. and they are being treated as second class citizens in their own land

Hindi ppl try to portray that they are being discriminated by Kannadigas in bengaluru

Tamils and Kannadigas try to portray Telugu ppl as fakers and have bad behavior..

Within telugus, we try to say that guy is from AP or TG, or he is a teddy or pulka, or some other division.. but for rest of India, they treat all telugus the same…

Swapnil Nagesh Mali has been arrested for filming females in restrooms

An Infosys employee has been arrested for allegedly filming more than 30 videos of different females in the restroom of the Bengaluru campus of the company. The employee has been identified as 28-year-old Swapnil Nagesh Mali from Andhra Pradesh, News18 has reported.

The incident came to light when on June 30, a female employee of the Electronic City campus of Infosys noticed a reflection on the opposite side, standing on the commode of the adjacent cubicle, while using the restroom and found out that someone was indeed recording her.

She initially saw only herself in the reflection but when she further checked inside the washroom, she found that the accused was attempting to record her with his mobile phone. The woman then screamed which led the man to apologise to her.

The company employees rushed to the spot after the female employee raised the alarm and caught the accused as he tried to flee. During a preliminary check, HR personnel reportedly found a video of the complainant on his phone. A screenshot was taken before the video was deleted. The HR personnel further found over 30 videos of different females on the accused's phone.

The matter caught further attention when the complainant discussed the incident with her husband, who then insisted on legal action. The female employee subsequently filed a police complaint on July 1. Based on her statement, Electronics City police arrested Mali under relevant sections of the IPC and IT Act.

The complainant has alleged that Infosys initially tried to resolve the issue internally by obtaining an apology from the accused. Police are probing whether the company failed to report the incident immediately.

That’s the problem. There is nothing as such telugu’s. The pattern that you identified, observed mostly originating from Andhra Pradesh. Telangana has no such issues or problems, it’s a no frills state with typical issues.
