DUI, reckless driving (not speeding ticket), at fault accidents that caused deaths, drug related offenses are considered grounds for visa revocation.. https://fam.state.gov/fam/09FAM/09FAM040311.html Even Obama time lo ku Operation Janus ani petti chala mandini denaturalize chesaaru… people didn’t use their actual names or people concealed criminal cases or child pornography or being part of gangs or drug trades etc Dems are trying to scare people by saying even minor traffic offenses can be used to deport people.. that is not true… going 55 in a 40 zone is a speeding ticket, going 90 in a 40 zone is reckless driving.. there is a difference A lot depends on how severe DUI is. Someone I know got GC even with a DUI. Got grilled and he was honest in disclosing it, but no damage was done (like accidents) Quote

Lifted from expats #NotSOS Hello, I and my wife are childhood friends and got married and came to US before 10 years ago. Everything was fine until after our first child we started fighting in small things and our disagreement grew further and we decided to take our ways separate and we got divorced. We both were on H1b holders during separation. We moved on and later she married to US citizen and she got green card. I did not have contact of her during this time. After 3 years she also got divorced from her husband and I came to know that from our common friend. I called her and we talked and felt that we need to get together again and we felt we are better off together. We got married again and we registered it in local county office. Now I also filed for my Green card based on marriage but USCIS rejected my application stating my marriage is fraud and they are also going to investigate her GC of marriage. All of my friends and family know that our marriage and divorce are real events but how to convince USCIS about this ? Any lawyer who deal such cases in marriage green card? EB1 and Marriage based greencards motham fake and fraud dcocuments . Quote
