ismartganesh Posted July 3 Report Posted July 3 copied from reddit DUI act (H.R. 875) was passed by the house on June 26th For those familiar with the “Protect our communities from DUIs” act that was first introduced back in early 2024 but never became law under the Biden’s administration, it was introduced again this year and just passed the House last week. This bill suggests any Non-US Citizen (Illegals, Asylees, LPR, etc..) convicted of a DUI is inadmissible and deportable. It doesn’t matter if it’s a misdemeanor or felony DUI. Quote
