not true , there are some brahmins, munnur kaps , even gouds as tax collectors

 in velamas adi velama and koppula velama come under BC kinjarapu family belongs to koppula velama caste.

Padmanayaka velama come under O.C ,bobbili estate was owned by padmanayaka velama.

In north andhra mostly domination is by B.C castes ,even land owning castes are in B.C category in north andhra because of backwardness of the area.
