నెల్లూరు జిల్లా రాజకీయాల్లో చోటుచేసుకున్న పరిణామాలపై కోవూరు ఎమ్మెల్యే వేమిరెడ్డి ప్రశాంతి రెడ్డి స్పందించారు. మాజీ ఎమ్మెల్యే నల్లపరెడ్డి ప్రసన్నకుమార్ రెడ్డి తనపై చేసిన వివాదాస్పద వ్యాఖ్యలను ఖండిస్తూ, తనకు మద్దతుగా నిలిచిన ప్రతి ఒక్కరికీ ఆమె వీడియో సందేశం ద్వారా కృతజ్ఞతలు తెలిపారు. ఈ సంఘటనతో నెల్లూరు రాజకీయాలు ఒక్కసారిగా వేడెక్కాయి.

ఈ కష్ట సమయంలో తనకు అండగా నిలిచిన ముఖ్యమంత్రి చంద్రబాబు, ఉప ముఖ్యమంత్రి పవన్ కల్యాణ్, మంత్రి నారా లోకేశ్ లకు ఆమె ప్రత్యేకంగా ధన్యవాదాలు తెలియజేశారు. సభ్య సమాజం తలదించుకునేలా తనపై జరిగిన మాటల దాడిని ఖండిస్తూ అండగా నిలిచిన తెలుగుదేశం కుటుంబసభ్యులకు, ప్రజానీకానికి కృతజ్ఞతలు తెలుపుతున్నట్లు ఆమె పేర్కొన్నారు.

వీరితో పాటు మంత్రులు, ఎంపీలు, తోటి ఎమ్మెల్యేలు, ఎమ్మెల్సీలకు, పార్టీ నేతలకు పేరుపేరునా కృతజ్ఞతలు చెప్పారు. తన కోసం క్షేత్రస్థాయిలో పోరాడిన మహిళలకు, జిల్లావ్యాప్తంగా తరలివచ్చి సంఘీభావం ప్రకటించిన తన భర్త వేమిరెడ్డి ప్రభాకరరెడ్డి అభిమానులకు, కోవూరు నియోజకవర్గ కూటమి నాయకులకు తాను రుణపడి ఉంటానని స్పష్టం చేశారు. మీడియా మిత్రులకు కూడా ఆమె ధన్యవాదాలు తెలిపారు.

అందరి మద్దతుతో మనోధైర్యాన్ని కూడగట్టుకుని, ప్రజలకు మరింత మెరుగైన సేవలు అందించేందుకు సిద్ధంగా ఉన్నానని ప్రశాంతి రెడ్డి ఆ వీడియోలో భరోసా ఇచ్చారు.

• అవమానకర వ్యాఖ్యలను తీవ్రంగా ఖండిస్తున్నట్టు వెల్లడి
• స్త్రీల గౌరవాన్ని దెబ్బతీసే చర్యలను సహించబోమని స్పష్టీకరణ

వైసీపీ నేత ప్రసన్నకుమార్ రెడ్డి చేసిన వ్యాఖ్యలు మహిళల పట్ల ఆ పార్టీకి ఉన్న ద్వేషాన్ని, వ్యతిరేక మనస్తత్వాన్ని బయటపెట్టాయని నారా భువనేశ్వరి తీవ్రస్థాయిలో విమర్శించారు. ఎమ్మెల్యే ప్రశాంతి రెడ్డిపై చేసిన అవమానకరమైన వ్యాఖ్యలను తాను తీవ్రంగా ఖండిస్తున్నానని, ఆమెకు తన పూర్తి సంఘీభావం ప్రకటిస్తున్నానని బుధవారం ఒక ప్రకటనలో తెలిపారు.

ఈ సందర్భంగా భువనేశ్వరి మాట్లాడుతూ... "మహిళల పట్ల వైసీపీ నేతల తీరు అత్యంత సిగ్గుచేటు. సమాజంలో ఇలాంటి వ్యాఖ్యలకు ఏమాత్రం స్థానం లేదు" అని అన్నారు. మహిళలను ఉద్దేశించి అవమానకరమైన పదాలు వాడినంత మాత్రాన వారి విలువ ఏమాత్రం తగ్గదని స్పష్టం చేశారు. మన సంస్కృతి, సంప్రదాయాలు స్త్రీల గౌరవాన్ని ఎప్పుడూ ఉన్నత స్థానంలో నిలబెట్టాయని గుర్తుచేశారు.

స్త్రీల గౌరవానికి భంగం కలిగించే ఏ ప్రయత్నాన్నైనా ప్రతి ఒక్కరూ ముక్తకంఠంతో ఖండించాలని ఆమె పిలుపునిచ్చారు. మహిళలకు మద్దతుగా, వారి గౌరవాన్ని కాపాడటానికి అందరం ఐక్యంగా నిలబడాల్సిన అవసరం ఉందని భువనేశ్వరి చెప్పారు.

మహిళలను కించపరిచేలా మాట్లాడటం వైకాపా నాయకులకు ఒక అలవాటుగా మారిపోయిందని పురందేశ్వరి విమర్శించారు. ఒక మహిళా శాసనసభ్యురాలిపై ఇంతటి అనుచిత వ్యాఖ్యలు చేయడం దారుణమని అన్నారు. ప్రసన్నకుమార్ రెడ్డి తక్షణమే తన వ్యాఖ్యలను వెనక్కి తీసుకుని, ఎమ్మెల్యే ప్రశాంతి రెడ్డికి బహిరంగంగా క్షమాపణ చెప్పాలని డిమాండ్ చేశారు.

రాజకీయాల్లో విమర్శలు సహజమే అయినా, వ్యక్తిగత దూషణలకు, ముఖ్యంగా మహిళల గౌరవానికి భంగం కలిగించే మాటలకు తావులేదని పురందేశ్వరి స్పష్టం చేశారు. వైసీపీ నాయకత్వం ఇలాంటి నేతలపై చర్యలు తీసుకోవాలని ఆమె సూచించారు.

First off both of them belong to the same family ,you don't know what kind of internal fights they have.

Even if he is wrong,she should do a press meet to counter or give police complaint , who gave her the right to do goondagiri in nellore ,people won't accept this.

It's not like She is some good woman who has been into politics from a long time and have a good name either.

Nallapareddy family has been winning in that constituency from both TDP and YCP/INC from 1980's they would have been in power for 40 years , this is the first time I have seen them in controversy ,it definitely has to do something with prasanthi reddy a new comer changing the political culture in nellore.
