TIA I would suggest apply it on different time like applying for him after 2-3 weeks after MIL gets the VISA When VO asks tell that he is for emotional support to MIL and he will be accompanying her during the temporary stay. If he is B Tech or an graduate then it might be an issue as VO might think he may over stay, get some proofs ready that he strongly connected to India like properties on his name, running a business etc. also watch out for his Facebook posts. My cousin's sister and BIL got visiting visas. They showed their business related documents and tax returns to VO. Quote
