I rotate between Modelo Especial, Blue Moon, any Hef, Tangerine, Shock top, blue moon, Maui waui, corona, Michelob ultra, etc.

I've tried using only coconut oil earlier! Even my sweat smelled like coconut oil. So stopped it. 

Key is restricting deep frys as much as possible and use cold pressed oils instead of refined oils.

ya coconut lite kani....ee cold pressed oils are better anukunta anna, that's how our ancestors used to make oil using ganugu, no heating process involved at all....

but normal oil kanna cold pressed chala expensive unnay

The video doesn't say anything about heart issue. What did she have?

Buy one cold press oil machine for family purpose, don't know if it is viable here in USA but a great choice to have one in India. 

I think you can get one for 120$ from alibaba!

I usually get 12-pack or 18-pack or 24. Mostly Total wine. Has more variety. I change brands every time.
