yesterday I got a call from my senior in MS. 12+ years genuine experience, laid off 3 months nunchi bench... only one interview in those 3 months anta..

Long term asal untaaya ee IT jobs, 2019 PD naa lanti vallaki GC hope kooda ledu.. Just started questioning the future since that call yesterday.. IT tappa em telidu India velli bratike assets or income levu.. Feeling a little depressed..

Same story bhayya. Maa friend genuine experience 10 years in Data Engg and on bench for 2 months with no interviews in pipeline. He is joining some AI online course in Univ to get into AI field. 

Inte bhayam esindi because he was pretty good in studies and work.

mee senior ki GC vunda or H1B paine naa 

bold: GC vunna manam em peekalem, ippudu high paying job chesi sudden ga job potey can you work at popeye's ? ledu kada malla same profile same type of job kavali which is tough to get this market.

there is no easy answer. just keep learning new things everyday and hope you are not laid off, also may be ready to relocate if needed. ai related things nerchukovadam is must anipistondi - resume lo ai related edo chesamu ani keywords vunte better to get past the resume screening step

matter endi ante we all started with zero and we should be confident enough to start from scratch again. also manaki India velli vunna koddo goppo savings we can live our rest of lives comfortably if not lavishly or same lifestyle emulate cheyakapovachu but we are good. locals ki ala kaadu ikkade saavali koddo goppo sadukunnollu vere deshalaki poyi despite on low salaries they are comfortable. source CNBCMakeit

Depress ayi chesedi emi ledu. lekapothe ela ani worry avadam kante, unnapde 401k and IRA anni max cheseyi, oka 10 to 15 years contribute chesina you don't need to worry much for your retirement and save at least 40k if single and 80k if your spouse also works every year. After 15 years jon lekunda india vellalanna 5-10 c tho vellochu leaving 401k intact. Avi india lo FD vesina interest income tho easy ga brathakochu until you find somethign in India. Worry aythe problem solve aythadi ante I am ready to do the same. Majority of IT ppl in the same boat.

Stop doing that immediately and you will easily get a job.
