bro check the official Dashboard 60K out of 69K plots are registered to farmers (Documents given) there are some issues with few lands so thats the reason for the delay for remaining. This is official website if they fake the number you can file a petition in court. 

Phase 1 lo farmers ki konni issues unnai:

• they suffered for 5 years without income in TDP term expecting they can sell the land and make some money 
• next 5 years blood tears in YCP govt....entha matladukunna thakkuve they didn't even pay annuity to farmers (kavulu)
• now problem is phase 1 lo prices went down due to phase 2 announcement, farmers are not happy. they already waited 10 years and now they can't wait more. they got financially, emotionally hurt

People giving examples of navi mumbai and ncr don't understand that these satellite cities have developed due to overflow from 2 of the biggest cities in India .

Vijayawada itself is a huge village why would there be demand for amaravathi lol.
