this is to scape goat the other pilot ...

even the 'preliminary' - report' is gauze the public perception ... if public perceive that there is no way this can happen .. then they will change the narrative to some other thing !!

remeber air malalaysia catastrophe ... they also blamed out that it was a pilot suicide !!
