Tariffs just wrecked my business

Honestly, I wasn’t even sure if I should post this, but after the week I’ve had, I just need to vent, and maybe see if anyone else is in the same mess.

I run a logistics/import business, nothing fancy, just bringing in industrial parts from Europe and Asia.
And then, out of nowhere, we get slapped with a 20%, 30% tariff. I mean, how are we supposed to deal with that? We’re already barely keeping up with US suppliers on price, and now we’re just… out. I’m sending out quotes and getting nothing but crickets. Our customers don’t want to pay more, and we can’t just eat the cost. There’s literally nowhere to go.

I’ve spent way too many late nights Googling for solutions,different suppliers, new pricing tricks, trying to bundle shipments. I even started looking at some of the tools that promise to track tariffs or help with sourcing. Some of them sound cool, but honestly, most are either way too expensive or just don’t get what it’s like for a business our size.

Has anyone actually found a tool or platform that helps with this stuff?
Are you changing up your supply chain because of tariffs?
