Depends on your budget ,there are a lot of hotels in tirumala bypass road .almost 5 min drive from the beginning of ghat road.

Only worth it if you want to tour entire tirumala and stay there for 2-3 days ,else just for darsanam and coming back after darsanam , going from tirupati is good.
