anna, I have built 10 flat apartment (5 floors with 2 each on floor) in Paikapuram.

Initial price was INR 45 Lakhs. I have reduced it to INR 37 Lakhs.

STILL NO BUYERS SINCE 6 MONTHS even after that karakatta was finished by Nimmala Ramanaidu..

vizag developing after bifurcation aa...i think its not still there, with CBN and LION LOKESH it should be the 6th largest in the country from the current 9th largest...hopefully that happens soon...em antaru @psycopk @JANASENA
