vaadi time table nee valla kaadhu ley. he eats more than 6 times a day

spoke with him this morning.

morning 7.30-8.00 madhyalo breakfast part 1. intlo chese tiffins. oil less preferred. and small amount.
10-10.30 bf part 2. egg whites.
12-1.00 vegetable salad
3-4 madhyalo malli vegetable salad
5.30 ki protein shake followed by heavy work out followed by 1-2 fruits
8.00 light dinner

kadupu ninda eppudu thina kudadhu. half stomach will be good.


naadhi almost same work out bhayya. 4-5 times a day. light dinner replaced by grilled chicken.

I want to add up few more things for the thread

As many people cannot avoid cakes, biscuits and choclates, they can opt for the items which has less calories and fat content in it

Dont try to have the combination food of pizza, burger along with drinks, it will really make people to put up weight soon.

Dont try to have the food incompletely which again makes you fat, like having little breakfast and again having snacks in the middle to till the lunch time. Try to have food compeltely at once

Doing excercises on daily basis keeps your health good

ila enni weeks cheyali , after 7 weeks malli week 1 nundi start avvala or else 7th week schedule alage continue cheyala
