Shonta Posted July 12, 2012 Report Posted July 12, 2012 I want to add up few more things for the thread As many people cannot avoid cakes, biscuits and choclates, they can opt for the items which has less calories and fat content in it Dont try to have the combination food of pizza, burger along with drinks, it will really make people to put up weight soon. Dont try to have the food incompletely which again makes you fat, like having little breakfast and again having snacks in the middle to till the lunch time.
