They deserve to be caught and face consequences. In some instances, usually at malls or Walmart/target/etc, teens reach out to you to give some money for buying candy or say forgot address or ask to drop them home, etc. Do not entertain or give money or offer to drop them. Act wise. If it appears too genuine, you can offer to call their parents or police. Quote
