I understand your point anna...especially if you are living in hig-desi concentration areas, that anti-h1 rhetoric will show even more...layoffs are happening left and right, I agree but moving back to India is not an ideal solution either unless you are working for WITCH firms anna...cut throat competion undhi akkada...don't forget you'll be competing with more than a billion people for anything/everything. For me, lifestyle param ga India lo pollution okkate problem anna, rest all no issues...actually for single guys, India is the best...everything will be taken care of... 1 cr is not the norm anna, it's the exception..probably people who worked for MAANG here might get those packages back in India....most realistically 30-35l packages are the norm anna for NRI returns and that's a really good package in my opinion..wife and husband together are pushing 50l+ and sending kids to decent schools and all...but after kids expenses, house and car loans and other emi's they won't be having much left for fun/vacations or investments anna...US is better nalugu rallu venakeskovadaniki...
