bro in deloitte 90% of Indian motherr fuckers are on H1-B visa and all the projects are fixed bid projects.

I can see all indians working for promotions, salary hikes, spending extra hours every day and weekend and they will find ways to release green card and USC from the project and keep H1-B for slavery

To get promoted in deloitte

1. You should have 95% of allocation time for client hours you can't burn your PTO 😀.
2.  in one year deloitte has 4 performance reviews one for every quarter. 3 performance reviews lo you should get exceptional review and one review can be good.  To get exceptional review work 12 hours every day and support weekend and all the performance reviews are provided by Project manager and you should be a pet to PM to get promotion or stay longer in the project. 
3. deloitte has internal firm initiatives, you should contribute 10% in a year. Firm intiative is giving training to bench uncles

You can join the company neeku interest untee. Work culture will be toxic and you will be talking to all mother ffuckers every day

I changed 3 projects in 1 year bro and deloitte has commercial , government projects.

I am working in government project I can't say it is a good work culture and is little better to my previous commercial projects. I am waiting for deloitte to layoff to get my severance and save my joining bonus 😀
