From what I understand..the paths for people who are looking for second options to stay in the country are getting targeted. Yesterday I read an article that USCIS is targeting university H1Bs and few days back I saw an instagram post that a girl bypassed the lottery using University H1Bs. I think people should stop flaunting taking outlier routes that doesn't seem ethical in grand scheme of things, even EB1A is getting abused now

Already Full Time Hiring for H1Bs has really come down in the last few months because companies are reluctant to hire H1Bs. A lot of the guys that took FTEs during Covid have been laid off now and are back to consulting jobs and the one's that are left in H1B FTEs are living in constant fear of being laid off.
