There are many cases department of state figured out a person was considered a citizen in error, and denied passport renewal even after the person lived in USA for 50 years as a citizen.

The responsibility will be on you to return passports within a specified time limit once they revoke your citizenship. Having a passport doesn’t confirm citizenship.

Government implementation details workout chestunnaru. The more clear the implementation plan is, more easily judges can rule in their favor. 
 

By the end of this year, scotus will rule on legality of EO. Next day they will implement it because the plan is ready and they are fully prepared.

Once scotus rules EO is constitutional, it is matter of time people like maga will demand backdating the cutoff date. Ten years down the line when unemployment increases, the easiest thing to target is immigrants using this law. The same way Bangladeshis are thrown out from india.

long term it is concern for all immigrants, whenever locals are angry, they will bring up this issue. Similar to telangana movement against andhra people.
