Though this ruling is not on the merits of the birthright case, it is indicative of the direction things are going to go.
 

court is full support of thatha, to expect them to stop the EO is delusional. Best case expectation is they rule to implement only for future births. But there is no guarantee that 20 years from now another leader will not rise promising to backdate to 1975, aka kcr or hitler
