3bhk apt 2c vundi most of the builders.. aprana,(newlands, 2028 ki handover.)myhome(sayuk,akrida(available now))... Mostly rent would be 40-50k in present market.

my idea is to down 30% and go for loan for the remaining.

leda kondapur lo ready to move apartments vunnayi, not a big builder tho... 55k for 3bhk(1766sft).

Depends on the purpose, for rental I would suggest, Kondapur. If for family or long term someone will live Tellapur.

without traffic ante best case la 20 minutes commute ani bayya, I know worst case la entha ayina avachu ani. 

May be kukatpally, kphb, pragathi nagar, moosapet, nizampet, narsingi, manikonda
