Hi,

My OPT Employment Authorization Document (EAD) card was approved by USCIS on June 12, 2025, with a validity period from July 10, 2025, to July 9, 2026.

However, I never received a tracking number from USCIS after approval, and the card was never delivered to my physical mailing address by USPS.

The current status with USPS indicates a 'Missing Mail Search Request Initiated' under ID MRC 25 2145****.

Unfortunately, USCIS has not yet responded to my inquiries regarding this matter.

I would greatly appreciate any guidance on how to resolve this issue.

If you still have the case number with USCIS have your school's student Admin or international student assistant etc (who worked with you on OPT application) email the USCIS about the card loss and to send a new one with the case number. I think one email is enough for them to generate another one, its not going to be too hard to get a replacement.
