Might be true, but I think it’s highly unlikely court will overturn this. They(employer) might explicitly mention any minor rule in the HR handbook that each employee signs during the boarding and after each update.

This entire episode was referred by FBI as part of their investigation of these Telugu NGOs for money laundering.For a couple of friends  of me from Freddie , they possessed   the tax returns of  the candidates while questioning them. 
Fannie did not do any investigation like Freddie, but I am sure they have the tax returns also. If these stupids push them hard, they will involve even FBI and throw them out.

A couple of people in that list are from my community neighborhood and I alerted them the same.

just because you do not approve these organizations based on your prejudice doesn't make them illegal. I can argue the same moral shortcoming with the other organizations. At the end, if these organizations are registered as non-profits and listed in the company's program, these people have every right to donate whether you like it or not.

Then what about FBI case and money laundering on those chit hole sangalu ? Try to don’t justify that filth bro. Majority are not positive about those sangalu.
