Mine came to border and we don’t have in family. Mine completely retraced with a combination of No sugar (I don’t have cravings), limit carbs (not starving), Karela juice/menthi soaked water, Doda phool soaked over night and drink water. 30 mins rigorous cardio 4 times a week Quote

If your job is getting in the way....don't try to discipline yourself. If you had such discipline you wouldn't have been prediabetic in first place. Fk the job. Find something that might pay less....but has less work. It will reduce your stress levels which will better your eating habits and you will get better sleep. Regarding exercising....make it so easy and enjoyable so that you do it automatically...buy exercise equipment and put it next to your standing desk...if you don't have standing desk...buy one immediately. Make good things easy to do....bad things hard to do. Don't get junk into your house. And fk white rice. White rice is for fking losers....People who eat doddi. Eat enough protein and fiber which are natural enemies of sugar. Save and invest so that you can have freedom to do these things. 2 Quote

Android_Halwa Posted August 1 Report Posted August 1 I was pre-diabetic for about 4-6 months and diabetic for about 6 months. Finally, reversed and back to normal levels but the thread of falling back to diabetic persists and only way out is to maintain active lifestyle for the rest of my life… Quote

Android_Halwa Posted August 1 Report Posted August 1 A word of caution : Diabetic anagane idi tinu, adi tinidhu, idi chey adi cheyaku atla itla ani as usual dukanam terustaru mana desi batch… Every bodu behaves differently. Overall, andaru chepedi oka generic standard ga teesukovachu kani mainly liver and pancreas, you need to understand how they respond to your life style and food habits. What causes the spike, combination of foods etc is peculiar to individual body. So observe how your body is responding, use CGM’s, etc. Monitor arm pits, neck, fore head, feet for skin darkening or spots. Insulin resistance causes such darkening in certain areas of the body. Count your pee breaks in a day and observe the intervals, sensitivity to cold etc. Food intake helps a bit but you need to see how your body is responding to food changes first and decide what’s good for you than to depend on other’s experiences. 2 Quote
