How many of u have pre-diabetes or diabetes

Family genes and extremely bad life style…friday roju sayantram dawat modalu pedithe, sunday evening varaku nadustadi…covid, no activity and a streeful job…anni kalipi okesari kodithe pre diabetic nundi diabetic velli now back to normal..almost 3 years journey.

family genes lo unte em cheyyalem, I know few frendz who are diabetic at a very young age due to to this.

excersize and stop eating sweets. this is the only way. nothing else works.

even medicine teesukunna konni years tharuvatha body becomes unresponsive to medicine also. so better start doing sincerely excersizes

for pre diabetes or anyone above 40+

Benfotiamine( vitamin B1 or also called thiamine ) daily 100 0r 150mg  should help with end process glycosation

Medicines aneevi pedda use leedhu..

change life style..

no eating after 7:00 gave amazing results to me and all my frens.

Cut down that biryani and desi sweets together with American fast food chains.

Depend more and more on fresh veg, fruits and grains in as much unprocessed forms as possible.

As someone suggested karela juice works well together with beetroot, aloe vera juice, 

and finally avoid milk products

White rice is for morons. Bunch of idiots who refuse to change. White rice is junk food period.  Wonder when Indians will change.

Has high glycemic index and low fiber and nutrients.

Go for Hand pounded rice which is a good step forward. Millets, ragi etc have higher fiber and antioxidents.

With food changes and life style changes , you can control it or delay it as much as possible.

pre-diabetic with 5.9 some 4 years ago ..

Now between 5.6 & 5.8 after taking full care for 4 years..

I believe I would have been a diabetic if care were not taken...

Almost avoided food after 7:00 PM .. except a cup of tea or coffee or a piece of bread BUT STRICTLY NO DESI DIET AFTER 7:00.
