Well I do agree with what u say  he is not able enough to hold/block all the scams even though he might know about them long before they came to NEWS..

But there would some strong force which even stops him from holding all these isssues as if Rajeev Gandhi was holding a direct responsibility in the Bofors case, which came as a funny tv news report once the Congress gvt is in..

So this happens with issues like this , but  its not just one thing he need to look over, they got so many other issues to handle along with this issue..
So he will be loooking across all of them. along with this issue.. o

so you mean to say and agree partly that he is nto in full control of what happening around him

as a PM, if he cant control his cabinet.. how can he control external threat and internal theats which may drown the country..

PM post is the highest leadership for India, if he is not in control. then who is.... all of know who is in control... Sonias did sacrifice or does she wnt to rule the country in proxy...but still continue to vote for silly party which will only make the country down
