Find a desi. They do for less.

usually it is 6%. Redfin does it for 5%. Irrespective of Desi or Non Desi you still can negotiate for 4%. Majority transactions are now happening at 4% .  Depending on your house value and quality you can even negotiate for 3.5 ( 1.5 for your realtor and 2 for buyer)
