Buyer Realtor commission sharing

Hi friends, desi realtor in Phoenix said that he will take only 4k$ from the builder commission and share remaining towards closing cost.Builder is giving 3% of home price as commission to realtor.Is it a good deal for me considering buyers market in Arizona? Should I write an agreement with realtor on this?Please help

Nothing to do when buying new house , say 1000 or 1500 , and take rest , 4 k is too much

Check on Builder site Anna…they will tell how much they give to realtor for reference. Try to get home inspection from CyFy Anna.. he is best in the town
