A top aide to President Donald Trump has accused India of financing Russia’s war in Ukraine by buying oil from Moscow, after the US leader escalated pressure on Delhi to stop buying Russian oil. “What he [Trump] said very clearly is that it is not acceptable for India to continue financing this war by purchasing the oil from Russia,” said Stephen Miller, deputy chief of staff at the White House and one of the US president’s most influential aides. Miller’s criticism on Sunday was some of the strongest yet by the Trump administration about one of the US’s major partners in the Indo-Pacific. “People will be shocked to learn that India is basically tied with China in purchasing Russian oil. That’s an astonishing fact,” Miller said on Fox News’ Sunday Morning Futures. Indian government sources were quoted by various media on Saturday saying Delhi would keep purchasing oil from Moscow despite US threats.

ok anna. china example. if trump cannot touch motel, construction and agriculture which are very generic how will he touch something as narrowed as IT ?  No one wants higher wages. more talent pool and indenture salvery. that is hallmark of usa. they will make makus clean their toilets and make them all kinds of work but they dont give them GC or citizenship. everyone know where they work. same is with H1B

Last month I  heard a medical company has fired local staff and outsourced 75% of work to CTS. Its not making enough sound ?

Europe is still importing $25 billion of gas every year.., they will continue to import at the same levels until at least end of 2027..

surprisingly no one talks about it in the media… they only talk about oil imports

Fresenius

I don't think Trump administration can do anything on this . This is a German company. Here's what I found on internet:

Fresenius Medical Care is undergoing restructuring, including job cuts. A specific plan to close a manufacturing plant in Concord, California, will lead to layoffs starting in August and continuing through mid-2025. Additionally, Fresenius Medical Care has announced plans to cut 500 to 750 jobs in Germany as part of a larger worldwide cost-saving program targeting 5,000 job cuts by 2025. These actions are part of a broader effort to reduce costs and improve efficiency within the company.

Fresenius Medical Care's Restructuring and Layoffs:

Concord, California Plant Closure:

Fresenius Medical Care is closing its Concord, California manufacturing plant, resulting in over 300 layoffs starting in August and extending to mid-2025.

Germany Job Cuts:

A plan to cut 500 to 750 jobs in Germany is underway, impacting the headquarters in Bad Homburg and other German sites.

Global Job Cuts:

The company's cost-cutting program aims to reduce costs by €500 million by 2025, leading to approximately 5,000 job cuts worldwide.
