Sooner or later, H1-B ni lepestharu(I mean next 4-5 years lo). Honestly, tech jobs ki saripoyyi local pool(visa independent) already there or moving towards that in near future.

AI is taking over support stuff. Thatha wants to make this country white again. It won’t completely disrupt our desis. But survival will be very hard. That’s my humble opinion 

Ofcourse, H1B and students are a gone case as this pipeline was running since early 90s and 30 years is a max for a paradigm to continue the same.

If H1b is completely eliminated, which i don't think by any means But if it happen,s corporates adopt and offshore almost all the tech jobs where ever possible . At the end of the day Low Opex more EPS and stock rising thats all matters

This is temporary struggle Anna…all the c2c positions are being filled by internal GCs who opened bodyshops. H4s are applying right and left to these positions… this will pass anna
