It’s not really directed by one person , this tension before incident cooking up for few days and few instances in near by villages, I would blame chenchu for not controlling the situation and gave a go ahead so that he won’t have Dalit political opposition . He is surely culprit but only along with villagers who have feudal mindset irrespective of chenchus hand. He is dead anyway , now it’s used by all the Dalit associations for 40 years across India to keep the hate alive and personal political ambitions.I am 100% sure not all kammas want to kill Dalits at near by villages . Something is surely f**d up with this incident.
