For me it is begging only it doesnt matter  indian or not. There are many ways to stand out in the talent pool.

Applying for job posted or some looking to hire someone online  for resume posted is different from Hanging  hire me on neck asking everyone  on traffic light is different.  If you are really worried about feeding family. work hard from start its self so that you don't end up on the roads.

 

If anyone looking to hire sees him begging like this will not hire him.
