3) they will replace with factory products or just repair with existing ones?

I had a similar problem last year and was confused about what insurance would cover. Someone on Reddit suggested checking with Injury Lawyers even if it looked like a small case. I did that and they actually helped me figure out not just the damage claim but also some medical stuff I hadn’t even thought about. They didn’t push anything, just explained my options in simple terms.
