Actually he should not have put Director, Workday in his resume. Because interview bane chesadu but my manager said we dont know if he can work with developers and that too hands on work ani cheppadu. We all agreed and rejected him.

US emo gani ma project Loki vere desham vallani hire chesthunnaru vinthaga from last year, few from US,Philippines, mexico, brazil. Company is swapping Indians between teams but not new hiring like covid times(all Indian teams got hired).
