Once a vote is cast, do not let them vote again with an error or screen. If people’s life can be made miserable with these methods while taking their own money from a bank ATM it’s not that difficult to implement this. Only downside is, if this data gets in the hands of politicians, people’s privacy is lost and is a threat to their life. Quote
