May be try asking for approval with a 10% down payment. 25% down will be almost guaranteed approval. It will also take away some interest burden from you. Orey ayya nenu already 15% down chesina .more down payment doesnt matter when DTI is in question 1 Quote

I was in a similar situation when I closed on my latest property early this year. Last 2 years lo rental properties losses vunde due to repairs etc...but this year was ok, so I filed taxes early and average went to profits for last yr and this year. Ala close chesadu. Builder lenders usually try every way to close the transaction once preapproval is given....lekapothe motham deposit venakkivvali...ee lender kanna broker is giving u trouble. Who is raising all these objections? loan originator or processor? processor aither tell this to originator and thy both will talk amongst themselves and comeup with a solution. Its in the originator's interest to close ur transaction Quote

Your DTI will come down, if you increase down payment by that amount plus the interest you accrue. May be you should try with a. different lender then. Quote
