New Home help bro

Bro, any ideas to resolve this issue :

Signed up a home recently still closing pending ,when went for a visit to home whoch is under construction, realized there is gap left between entry door concrete entrance that connects to side walk was left with 20% gap and filled with mulch,  .. where as other unit next to me ( townhomes) was totally laid  100% with concrete connecting the side walk to the entry door, when asked builder says it was built according to ADA act & township plan and there is nothing they can do fix it ,  , i dnt understand this , ala ela desing  plan chestaru bro ?is it a thing ?

Inkaa ee market lo houses kontunnara?? Sahasam ane cheppaali 

No big deal.. minor issue.. outside of house kadaa, no issues.. may be he doesn’t want to bring the concrete guy just for this.. if you want you can do it yourself too.. as long as he makes it near by covering it with mulch, it is fine
