Then dont…thy can deny visa. Privacy is still protected. Its like telling a future employer to not disclose ssn for background verification. U can choose to not provide ur ssn and protect privacy, but job wont be offered. That's it!

Same with DoS...thy are also bound to protect your data...just like USCIS, state DMV that protects ur ssn and other personal details. Dos ki privacy policy vundi....but as always.. "national security" overrides everything for non-citizens.
