Even TG doesn't have this kind of setup. CBN laid foundation from scratch since last term itself most people just dont know what he did in last term.

ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ పారిశ్రామిక రంగంలో ఒక కీలక ముందడుగు పడింది. రాష్ట్రంలో సెమీ కండక్టర్ యూనిట్ ఏర్పాటుకు కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వం ఆమోదముద్ర వేసింది. కేంద్ర కేబినెట్ తీసుకున్న ఈ కీలక నిర్ణయంపై ముఖ్యమంత్రి చంద్రబాబు హర్షం వ్యక్తం చేశారు. ఈ ప్రాజెక్టు ద్వారా రాష్ట్ర ఎలక్ట్రానిక్స్ తయారీ రంగానికి కొత్త ఊపు వస్తుందని ఆయన అభిప్రాయపడ్డారు.

వివరాల్లోకి వెళితే, దక్షిణ కొరియాకు చెందిన ప్రముఖ సంస్థ 'అపాక్ట్ కంపెనీ లిమిటెడ్' ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్‌లో ఈ సెమీ కండక్టర్ యూనిట్‌ను నెలకొల్పనుంది. ఇందుకోసం కంపెనీ సుమారు రూ. 468 కోట్ల పెట్టుబడి పెట్టనుంది. ఈ ప్లాంట్‌లో మొబైల్ ఫోన్లు, సెట్-టాప్ బాక్సులు, ఆటోమోటివ్ ఈసీయూలు, గృహ వినియోగ ఎలక్ట్రానిక్ పరికరాలకు అవసరమైన సెమీ కండక్టర్ చిప్స్‌ను ఉత్పత్తి చేయనున్నారు.

కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వం ఈ యూనిట్‌ను రాష్ట్రానికి కేటాయించడంపై ముఖ్యమంత్రి చంద్రబాబు స్పందించారు. ఈ సందర్భంగా ఆయన కేంద్ర ఐటీ, కమ్యూనికేషన్ల శాఖ మంత్రి అశ్వినీ వైష్ణవ్‌కు నేరుగా ఫోన్ చేసి మాట్లాడారు. రాష్ట్రానికి సెమీ కండక్టర్ యూనిట్‌ను మంజూరు చేసినందుకు ప్రధానమంత్రి నరేంద్ర మోదీకి, కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వానికి తన తరఫున, రాష్ట్ర ప్రజల తరఫున ప్రత్యేక ధన్యవాదాలు తెలియజేశారు. ఈ పరిశ్రమ రాకతో రాష్ట్రంలో సాంకేతిక నైపుణ్యం పెరగడంతో పాటు స్థానిక యువతకు ఉపాధి అవకాశాలు కూడా మెరుగుపడతాయని చంద్రబాబు అభిప్రాయపడ్డారు.

Having a swanky office building for nodal authority is barely of no use instead they should focus on setting up SEZ’s. 
 

Telangana has dozen such speciality SEZ’s managed by TSIIC. Almost all of them are well developed plots, serving as many as 110 SME’s and another 100 expected to be grounded in the next 3 years.

The demand has grown so much so that TSIIC immediately acquired land next to existing SEZ’s and started developing plots, all this without even having a swanky building.
