former IAS officer Vijay Kumar filed a petition in the Andhra Pradesh High Court against the state’s Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan, alleging that he misused the government funds to make his film Hari Hara Veera Mallu. Vijay Kumar requested the magistrate to restrict Pawan from acting in films or advertisements, promoting and producing them, or participating in any entertainment-related events.
