Location: Scottsdale AZ 85255

Duration: 3 months, likely extension through end of 2011

FileNet Engineer - (2) must have strong FileNet experience along with problem solving skills. Will perform root cause analysis in dynamic environment.

Job Description

Responsibilities:
Operates independently to:
* Production Support for FileNet P8.
* Experience with IBM PMR process and management
* Monitor and analyze FileNet P8.
* User and FileNet System Administration.
* User/Group Security Administration
* Troubleshoot, research and identify system deficiencies and defects.
* Application deployments
* Support of Infrastructure initiatives around lifecycle Management and enablement.
* Filenet software and patch upgrades/deployments
* Support Application development via Administration.

Experience:
* 5-7 years experience supporting Windows 2000,2003.
* 1 years - Knowledgeable of Windows 2008
* 5-7 years experience supporting/upgrading Production systems / applications.
* 5 + years experience supporting Filenet P8.
* FileNet P8 Administration Certified
* P8 4.0+ Admin, Install, configuration, performance tuning are critical.
* Content Services v5+ and Image Services v5+ required.
* OSAR to CSAR knowledge
* CFS (CS/IS) required
* Record Manager - knowledgeable
* Filenet Capture - Import to P8/CS/IS
* 1-3 years experience using Oracle / MSSQL / MS Access databases in a Filenet environment.
* 1-3 years utilizing Weblogic, Tomcat, IIS
* 1 year - Knowledgeable of working within a virtual hosting environment
* 1-3 years - Knowledgeable of firewall and networking

Misc:
* Problem solving and attention to detail skills.
* Project Management - participation and leading.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Customer Service oriented.
* Must be self-motivated, punctual and resourceful.
* Team oriented but is able to work independently.
Hours: 8AM - 5 PM
Weekday after hour and weekend support.
Oncall rotation
