Wife filed for false 498a and cops didn't take action. husband filed for divorce wife filed for counter petition for maintenance

No cheating . Wife filed false 498a india vacation lo and husband attend the councelling police didn't take action or filed the FIR after the investigation. 

husband moved to US and filed for contested divorce.
