Singh, 28, faces three charges of vehicular homicide and up to 45 years in prison after he allegedly pulled an illegal U-turn on the Florida Turnpike on Aug. 12 while driving a tractor trailer — six years after he entered the US illegally.

This was a tragic accident — not a deliberate act.

 

so this means, so i miss my left turn, i m too lazy to take a U TURN which is just a half mile away, so can put the car in  reverse  into ongoing traffic , accident happens, people die..so i can defend myself saying, i didn't mean to kill those people( not a deliberate act, but a tragic accident)

the minivan should be blind to not see truck in the middle of road 

the minivan would have hit stopped vehicle or other things even if it is not this truck 

 

this truck driver did stupid thing and mistake by endangering other motorist but that doesn’t mean that all the anti immigrant rant be placed on this guy.

1st of all illegal medha kel  kathal. Should be prisoned on multiple counts.that should include his employer.
