if it's temp way to change patterns, it shud be ok.. i don't think humans can change nature permanently.

Vammo enthaku tegincharu anna, I can 100 % say this heat wave is much different from any previous years . It’s hot as hell ,Even my grass in garden didn’t turn green this summer

Plans appear to be more sinister.  Temporary changes will likely have permanent effects.  HAARP capabilities to already cause earth quakes (even tsunamis is already known). It's capabilities to change the direction of monsoon and storms is very bad for crops and agricultural yield. 

In the US and Canada they're in parallel running programs to dampen the "SUN"Light. This is what "CHEM TRAILS " is about as well.

It's getting worse with each passing day. The weather manipulation through "Geo engineering" and HARP is having countries and it's leadership in a chokehold. Word on X is that "climate lockdowns" are on the way
