That’s not the way things work. I will not retort to your statement about using brain. I will let it slide. 

gali did not pay taxes on his mining exports it was illegal mining there was no windfall gain tax levied on him. there is no record of how many ppl he employed and are his employees were paying income tax? you cant equate that with the refineries run by reliance or other firms. 

again I go back to original point if russian crude is only benefitting rich refiners why should public care then same logic can be applied and say tarrifs are impacting only rich export traders
